based in Calgary, Alberta.
Tuscany is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the symbol is TUS. Tuscany's oil
and gas properties are located in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

optimization of existing reserves and initiate an exploration focus for the future.

Robert W. Lamond, Chairman of the Board
Robert Lamond is President and Chief Executive Officer of Diaz Resources Ltd.
Mr. Lamond is also Chairman of the Board of Humboldt Capital Corporation.
Prior thereto, Mr. Lamond was President of Czar Resources Ltd. from 1974 - 1995
and president of Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. from 1990 - 1998. Both companies focused
on the Canadian natural gas business and were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Mr. Lamond is a geologist with 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

John G.F. McLeod, President, CEO and Director
John McLeod is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is
also President and Chief Executive Officer of the company California Oil and
Gas Corporation and Paris Energy Ltd., both public oil and gas companies.
Mr. McLeod is formerly the President of the Association of Professional Engineers,
Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta APPEGA. John is a Professional Engineer
with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Charles Teare is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is also
Executive Vice-President and a Director of Diaz Resources and Executive
Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Humboldt
Capital Corporation. Previously, Mr. Teare was Executive Vice-President
and Chief Financial Officer of Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. Mr. Teare is a
chartered accountant with over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

Donald Clark is Chief Operating Officer of Diaz Resources Ltd. and a Director
of Paris Energy Ltd. Mr. Clark is also Vice-President of Humboldt Capital

a public oil and gas company. Mr. Clark has over 30 years of experience in
