In 2009, Tuscany strengthened the Balance Sheet by reducing its net debt by completing a Rights Offering; - $0.5 million and completing the merger with Goldmark Minerals Ltd. - $1.3 million.
With the improved financial strength, the Company has now commenced a program of drilling the Evesham Dina pool with horizontal wells, doing completions and workovers at Evesham and Macklin, and completing a Wildwood exploration well with a farm out Partner. This will bring production up to over 200 boepd. In 2010 and 2011 the Company intends to expand the Evesham Dina program as quickly as the cash flow and other potential financings will allow.
